Andrew Jerry Phasavang

Andrew “Jerry” Phasavang has proudly served the citizens in the State of Georgia for more than twenty years as a Law Enforcement Officer. At only eighteen years of age, he attended the Northeast Georgia Police Academy in Athens, Georgia. Upon successful completion of the police academy, he began his law enforcement career servicing his hometown in the Northeast Georgia Mountains of Habersham County.

After nine years, he took a transfer to the Georgia Department of Public Safety as a state trooper and was assigned to the Atlanta-Metro counties. He has had the opportunity to fulfill many roles associated with law enforcement including the jail division, uniform patrol division, investigations, and special operations.

In 2017, he developed an interest in private security and learned the importance of business needs and relationships. He became passionate about the ability to bring a solution to problems, which aided individuals and businesses through times of crisis. This led him to become the founder of OFF DUTY GALEO LLC.
